Q: How long will it take for me to get my certificate of insurance?
A: If you send in your application, copy of payment and a list of applicable additional insured entities, we can turn around certificates to you via e-mail or fax within 72 hours. If you need a certificate expedited more rapidly, we still require the information noted above but you can request the expedited certificates by contacting us at 800-722-5676 or via e-mail at email@example.com.

Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: Our hours of operation for live customer service contact are 8:00am – 5:00 pm Monday-Friday EST. You may e-mail us at anytime for written response within 24 hours and can visit our website 24/7 for information about the insurance products.
Q: How much does this cost?
A: Current rates can be found on this website. In general terms, the Football and Team Sports programs are rated primarily on a "per team" basis, with rates based on the maximum age of participants within the team. If the sport is an "individual" sport such as swimming or wrestling, the rates are also segmented by age of participant on an "individual" basis. The Blanket Accident and Instructors & Interns programs are rated on an "individual" basis. 100% of the insurance premium is due when an application is submitted and there is no pro-rated premium option available.

Q: When is our organization's premium due?
A: The full premium is due at the time an application is submitted and there is no pro-rated premium option available.
Q: Are there any pro-rated options available if my organization opts to purchase coverage mid-policy?
A: Since this insurance is on a master policy there are no pro-rated options available. All premiums are fully earned regardless of effective date.
Q: How does my organization add an additional insured? Is there any additional premium?
A: It needs to be requested in writing. Requests can be emailed to email@example.com or faxed to 1-260-459-5105.
