Who is Protected:

• Coverage is provided for the insured League or Conference, its teams, sponsors, officers, directors, managers, coaches, umpires, referees and other managing personnel and auxiliaries while acting on behalf of the insured League or Conference or one or more of its teams; the additional interest of the owners of the playing facilities (City, Municipality, School District, etc.) 
• Major Coverages Afforded by this Policy 
• Maintenance or use of ball parks and fields, stands and playing areas, including: all activities necessary or incidental to the conduct of practice, exhibition, post season and scheduled games. 
• Consumption or use of food products 
• Cost of investigation and defense against claims, even if they are groundless 
• Non-Owned Hired Auto Liability 
• Personal & Advertising liability 
• Participant legal liability 
• Professional Liability 
• Limitations for neurodegenerative injuries may apply 

Class B Sports (such as soccer, wrestling, hockey, and lacrosse) have the option to include limited coverage for neurodegenerative injuries. If you include the coverage, the limit for neurodegenerative injury will be limited to: 

• Neurodegenerative Injury Limit/Aggregate Limit, $1,000,000/$1,000,000 
• Neurodegenerative Injury Loss Adjustment Expense Limit/Aggregate Limit, $1,000,000/$1,000,000 
• "Neurodegenerative Injury" means any brain injury, neurological injury, disease, condition or dysfunction, including, but not limited to, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), mild traumatic brain injury, repetitive brain trauma, chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE), dementia, cognitive injury or disorder, memory loss, anxiety disorder, mood disorder, depression, sleeplessness, impulse control problems, headaches or single or repetitive concussive or sub-concussive injury or trauma.

• Employment Related Practices Exclusion 
• Abuse, molestation, harassment or sexual conduct (*Option to purchase SAM coverage available online.) 
• Nuclear Energy Exclusion 
• Transportation of athletes 
• Events involving gambling (ie: bingo, poker tournaments) 
• Event where alcohol is furnished or served by you, your employees, or your "volunteer workers" 
• Operations of independent concessionaires/vendors in conjunction with your organization 
• Carnivals/festivals

Medical Payments for Participants benefit 

This coverage is provided under the general liability policy and extends coverage for eligible medical and dental expenses incurred by a player/participant while participating in your covered sports activities. The coverage is provided on an excess basis responding after all other medical coverage available to the participant has been exhausted. If no other coverage exists, the coverage becomes primary subject to the stated deductible. The benefit period for this coverage is two years from the date of the accident.

• Medical Payments for Participants $100,000 ($500 deductible per insured per injury for all adult activities - age 19 and over)

Note: Limitations for neurodegenerative injury may apply if coverage is selected. 

• Terms of Coverage Afforded by Combined Plan
• Coverage will become effective the day following the date the application and payment are mailed to K&K Insurance (as shown on the postmark), whichever is later.

Liability Insurance policies are provided by AIG Specialty Insurance Company (surplus lines) - Rated "A" by AM Best Company.
